Founded in 2004, the company is located in Lizhai Ecological Industrial Park, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, enjoying convenient logistics for export shipments. The plant covers a land area of over 4,500 square meters with a construction area exceeding 7,000 square meters, consisting of three multi-story buildings that house production workshops, warehouses, office areas and staff dormitories.
We are a professional manufacturer of indoor and outdoor sports goods equipped with complete in-house production machinery, strong technical capabilities and standardized management systems. Our facilities include laser cutting machines, pipe bending machines, stamping equipment, injection & blow molding machines, silk-screen printing machines and full packaging assembly lines. All processes including metal fabrication, plastic molding, printing, assembly and inspection are completed internally. An independent in-house testing laboratory enables us to conduct tensile, adhesion and static load tests to guarantee product safety.
The factory employs more than 15 professional QC inspectors who follow strict standards set by ICTC and FCC. Our monthly production capacity reaches 100,000 sets of sports and fitness products, including basketball hoops, cricket sets, tennis training kits, soccer goals, pickleball sets and fitness equipment. We have passed supplier audits for BSCI, BIG W and Kmart, with customers across Australia, the United States and the European Union.
